Singles Ministry
At FirstSarasota, we have a thriving singles group which enjoys both spiritual and social time together. Additionally, the group participates in a number of community projects, and seeks mission opportunities to minister to the needs of others and share the word of God.

FirstSarasota Singles Ministry Takes A Trip To The Rays!
On July 12, 2009, Pastor Eric Want, head of the FirstSarasota Singles Ministry, led a group of 35 people (including a special young guest, Michael Alburtus) up to Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg in order to watch the MLB match-up between the Tampa Rays and Oakland A's.
The Rays were defeated by a score of 3-7, but those in attendance were hardly left disappointed, especially after a full afternoon of food, fellowship, and fun had by all!
